William R. Evans, Esq
I‘ve been in the practice of law since 1985. For the last 20 years my focus has been on bankruptcy. I started my legal career in the U.S. Air Force right out of law school as a Staff Judge Advocate stationed in Nevada at Nellis Air Force Base. After my stint as a JAG in the Air Force I moved to Cleveland Ohio, my hometown, and was appointed an Assistant United States Attorney where I focused on criminal litigation. My wife and I moved to Colorado in 1995 and have no plans to move back to the cloudy Midwest any time soon. I specialized in bankruptcy and consumer litigation as an attorney with Methner & Associates PC from 2005 to 2010. In 2010 I took a position with the Chapter 13 Bankruptcy Trustee, Douglas B. Kiel as a staff attorney. After 12 years of handling thousands of Chapter 13 cases and representing the Trustee, I decided to open my own law firm and use my expertise to better serve individuals who need financial assistance through the bankruptcy process.

“Will helped me get out of my debt situation that I created for myself years ago. Will is very professional, he explained everything that needed to be done and then after a couple of months everything was done and handled! I recommend Will if you need a true professional on your side!”

“Thank you so much for helping us get through this. You have no idea how much we appreciate everything you’ve done, and how you’ve explained everything to us so we understand exactly what we need to do, who we need to pay directly, etc.. I know we’ve been a bit of a challenge, but you have really helped us feel comfortable with the process and we know that it’s being done right.”
